Terms of Service

By creating a tenant or otherwise using Tembo Trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by the refund policy set out in your subscription confirmation.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access another tenant's data, or use Tembo Trade for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. You grant Tembo Trade a limited license to host and process this data for the purpose of providing the service.

Tembo Trade is provided on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tembo Trade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
